  • Olive oil
  • Salt

  • 1/2 rigatoni pasta, cooked until tender, tossed in olive oil and cooled
  • 1/2 pound Mozzarella cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley leaves
