  • SPICY TUNA TARTARE:
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped shallots
  • 2 tablespoons homemade mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons spicy chili paste
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon wasabi paste
  • 1 pound Sushi-grade tuna, cut into -inch cubes
  • 1/2 Haas avocado, peeled, seeded and chopped into ?-inch cubes

  • 1/2 cup finely chopped cucumber
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
