- 6 tablespoons pommery mustard
- 2 tablespoons wasabi paste
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
- 2/3 cup canola oil
- 1/3 cup chopped cucumbers, peeled and de-seeded
- 1/3 cup chopped scallions, green parts only
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Smoking Mix:
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups long grain rice
- 2 cups jasmine tea
- Garnish:
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled, and thinly sliced
