200ml Water
40 Dark brown sugar
130g Glucose Syrup
300g Lindt Dessert 70% Cocoa, chopped
Optional
30ml Limoncello
½ Pinch Sea Salt
Method
Place water, sugar and glucose into a saucepan and bring to the boil.
Mix in the chocolate using a whisk or a stick blender, until smooth.
Place in a sealable container and serve with strawberries, grapes, or any of your favourite fruit on skewers, even marshmallows for the little ones.
Optional
Sea Salt brings out an interesting complexity in the chocolate and Limoncello adds a brilliant citrus contrast.
If using these two ingredients, mix in at the very end.
