Ingredients

4 cup cold water
1.5 cup cornmeal (or uncooked polenta)
11 oz Corn, with peppers, mexicorn, canned , drained
7 oz Chile Peppers, green, dices, canned
0.5 tsp salt
1 tbsp Margarine, hard (or butter)
6 oz Cheese, cheddar, sharp, reduced fat, finely shredded
15 oz Beans, black, canned , rinsed (or pinto beans)
1 tbsp fresh cilantro , sprigs (for garnish)
1 small red bell peppers , cut iinto rings (for garnish)
