10 oz fresh mushroom slices (about 4 cups)
0.5 tsp ground thyme
1 fresh spinach, 10 oz. package , stemmed and rinsed
2 eggs
6 egg whites
1 tbsp fresh dill weed (or 1 teaspoon dried)
0.25 tsp salt
0.25 tsp black pepper
0.5 cup crumbled feta cheese , grated (optional)
