2 cup fresh green peas , shelled (about 1 1/2 lbs. unshelled)
1 fresh green onions , cut in 3-inch strips
6 cup fresh chopped arugula
4 cup chopped swiss chard , or torn red-tip leaf lettuce, or torn romaine lettuce
0.25 cup balsamic vinegar
0.25 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch salt and pepper
