- 1⁄2 pound Bacon, chopped after cooking
- 7 1⁄2 ounces Artichoke Hearts, sliced
- 8 ounces Fresh Mushrooms, sliced
- 1 Green Bell Pepper, julienned
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1⁄3 cup Teriyaki Marinade
- 1⁄4 cup Shredded Italian Blend Cheese
- 1⁄2 cup Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese, I sometimes use up to a cup
