Ingredients

  • 1 can Canned Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
  • 12 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 12 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 medium Red Bell Pepper, coarsely chopped
  • 1 bag Frozen Broccoli, Cauliflower and Carrots, thawed and drained (use 1lb bag)
  • 1 12 cups Cheddar Cheese Crackers, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons Butter, or margarine, melted
