  • 6 cloves Garlic
  • 6 Fennel Blossoms
  • 6 cups Distilled White Vinegar, or substitute 2 cups of apple cider vinegar for 2 cups of the white vinegar
  • 1 12 cups Unrefined White Sugar
  • 14 cup Kosher Salt
