Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 3 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 jar Artichokes, either plain in oil or in a marinade, chopped up
  • 1 tablespoon Pepper
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 12 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 12 ounces Spinach Leaves, washed & roughly torn
  • 1 loaf French Bread, cut into cubes for dipping
  • 1 bag Tortilla Chips, optional (instead of bread)
