  • 6 Anchovy Fillets, roughly mashed with a fork
  • 2 cups Cherry Tomato, ripe, halved
  • 15 Kalamata Olives, pitted, coarsely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Capers, (heaping tablespoon)
  • 1 pinch Brown Sugar, (large pinch)
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt
  • 1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
