  • 2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
  • 25 drops Tabasco Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 14 teaspoon Fine Sea Salt
  • 1 pound Asparagus, cut into 1-inch segments
  • 4 cups Quinoa
  • 13 cup Toasted Pine Nuts, If you don't have pine nuts, sliced almonds might make a nice alternative
  • 14 cup Creme Fraiche, - optional
  • Tabasco Sauce, to taste
