- 2 tablespoons Flax Seed Meal, (optional, but recommended)
- 1 tablespoon Baking Powder, **use GF as necessary
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1⁄2 Sea Salt, fine
- 1 tablespoon Cinnamon, or pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup Zucchini, grated, packed (approximately 1 zucchini squash)
- 1⁄2 cup Chopped Pecans, or walnuts (optional)
- Cinnamon Sugar, to sprinkle on top
