- 1 Egg, at room temperature
- 1⁄2 cup Ricotta Cheese
- 1⁄2 cup Gluten-Free Flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- pinch Ground Nutmeg
- 1⁄4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1⁄2 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
