- 1⁄2 teaspoon Ground Pepper
- 6 medium Onion, minced onion
- 4 medium Potatoes, cut into 1-1/2 in slices
- 3 medium Carrots, cut into 1-in slices (used baby carrots)
- 12 large Fresh Mushrooms
- 1⁄2 cup Celery, cut into 1-in slices
- Egg Noodles, optional
