  • 12 Boston Lettuce Leaves, spine removed
  • 2 Carrots, shredded in food processor
  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper, julienned
  • 12 European Cucumber, seeded & julienned
  • 3 Scallions, julienned
  • 12 cup Fresh Cilantro
  • 34 cup Sundried Tomatoes, julienned
