  • 2 12 tablespoons Ground Flax Seed, combined with 3 Tbsp warm water
  • 1 cup Coconut Sugar, (you could use cane sugar)
  • 1 cup Apple, peeled, shredded (2 medium sized apples)
  • 12 cup Coconut Oil, melted, plus more for brushing
