- 1⁄2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons Ground Flax Seed, combined with 3 Tbsp warm water
- 1 cup Coconut Sugar, (you could use cane sugar)
- 1 cup Apple, peeled, shredded (2 medium sized apples)
- 1⁄2 cup Coconut Oil, melted, plus more for brushing
