- 1⁄2 pound Elbow Macaroni Pasta, (about 2 cups) **use GF as necessary
- 2 cans Salmon, (7-ounce)
- 1⁄2 cup Mayonnaise, (plus more to taste or for added smoothness)
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1⁄3 cup Shallot, red onions, or green onions (with onion greens), chopped
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill, chopped (or 1/2 teaspoon dried dill)
- 2 stalks Celery, chopped
- Tabasco Sauce, to taste (we used about 10 drops)
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper
