Ingredients
- 1 medium Yellow Onion
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 cup Brown Lentils
- 4 cups Water
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Salt
- 2 cubes Bouillon, i use chicken bouillon, but to make vegetarian i'm sure vegetable bouillon or 2 cups broth would be just as good.
- Black Pepper, to taste
- 1⁄2 cup Brown Rice
- 2 teaspoons Curry Powder
- 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley
