Ingredients
- 3 whole Potatoes, diced small
- 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Lean Ground Beef
- 2 whole Bell Pepper, I use one red and one green, diced fine
- 6 cloves Garlic, minced fine
- 1 whole Onion, diced fine
- 1⁄3 Wine, red, white... whatever is already open in the fridge. If you don't have wine substitute a mild vinegar
- 1 envelope sazon goya con culantro y achiote, found in the hispanic section of the store. is a box of about 12 envelopes
- 1 1⁄2 Cinnamon
- 28 ounces Canned Diced Tomatoes, I use petite diced
- 4 ounces Tomato Paste
- 3 whole Dried Whole Bay Leaf
- 1⁄3 Raisins
- 1⁄4 cube Capers
- 1⁄2 cup Green Olives, diced fine, sometimes I use a jar of olive tapenade when I am feeling lazy
- 1⁄3 Fresh Cilantro, minced
Description
Served With A Side Of Rice, Or With Warmed Tortillas This Is Delicious. We Also Sometimes Add A Poached Or Fried Egg (keeps Yolks About Medium) On Top For Extra Yummyness.
