  • 1 Onion, peeled and diced

  • 3 pounds Whole Fryer Chicken, cut up
  • 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
  • 3 quarts Water, 3 1/2 quart water kosher salt and pepper to taste
  • Kosher Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups Carrot, sliced
  • 2 cups Celery, sliced, with leafy green tops
  • 2 12 cups Wide Egg Noodles, uncooked
  • 3 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese, (optional)
  • 34 cup Heavy Cream, (optional)
  • 13 cup Cooking Sherry
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • Fresh Parsley
  • 2 teaspoons Fresh Rosemary
  • Paula Deen Seasoned Salt, to taste
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste
  • French Bread, crusty
