  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Ginger
  • 3 tablespoons Sesame Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1 pound Flank Steak, Cut into thin strips, or sirloin
  • 1 tablespoon Oil, for stir frying
  • 1 cup Broccoli Crown
  • 1 cup Carrots, slices or strips
  • 12 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 12 cup Onion, sliced
  • 1 Red Pepper, diced
  • 2 teaspoons Cornstarch
  • 12 cup Beef Broth, or chicken
