Steak Salad


1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon Bourbon
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon. pepper
1/2 teaspoon. salt
2 lb. top sirloin steak

12 small round red potatoes
1 teaspoon. salt
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
2/3 cup thin red bell pepper strips
2/3 cup finely chopped green onions
4 medium carrots, cut thinly into diagonal slices
2 small zucchini, cut into thin strips

Basil Vinaigrette
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoon finely chopped fresh basil
2 tablespoon finely chopped fresh fl at-leaf parsley
2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon capers
1 teaspoon. Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon. salt
1/2 teaspoon. pepper
Dash of sugar
