Asian Veal Meatballs with Noodles 1 pound ground veal 1 cup soft bread crumbs 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms 1 egg 2 tablespoons chopped green onion 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 1/2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger 1 1/2 teaspoons dark sesame oil 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch dissolved in 1/2 cup water 1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules 1/2 teaspoon dark sesame oil 2 cups cooked Oriental noodles or fettuccine Thinly sliced green onion
