In A Zip-lock Plastic Bag, Mix Together Lemon Juice, Garlic, Coriander, Ginger, Cumin, Red Pepper And Salt. Remove 2 Tablespoons Of Mixture And Set Aside. Place Chicken In Plastic Bag, Seal And Shake To Coat. Marinate In Refrigerator
