  • 1 bunch spring onions, trimmed and chopped
  • 6 oz peas, halved
  • 6 oz broccoli florets
  • 14 oz tub low fat soft cheese
  • pint skimmed milk
  • 2 tsp cornflour, blended with a little cold water
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
