10 oz dried pasta shapes
1 bunch spring onions, trimmed and chopped
6 oz peas, halved
6 oz broccoli florets
14 oz tub low fat soft cheese
pint skimmed milk
2 tsp cornflour, blended with a little cold water
1 tbsp lemon zest
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
