Ingredients

15 oz cans red or pink wild Alaska salmon

cucumber, quartered, deseeded and sliced into strips

1 small red onion, thinly sliced

3 tbsp white wine vinegar

1 Romaine lettuce, shredded

1 bunch radish, sliced

2 - 15 oz cans cannellini beans, rinsed and drained

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

3 tbsp olive oil
