1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons lemon-pepper seasoning (salt-free)
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/4 teaspoon dill weed
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 15-ounce can cannellini beans, drained
Romaine lettuce leaves
Kalamata olives, sliced, for garnish, optional
