Verde Dip

20 medium California avocados, peeled and pitted

3 cups or 24 oz., Low-fat sour cream

1/4 cup Ground cumin

1 1/2 cups Hot pepper sauce (Tabasco)



Dill Dip

3 qt. or 5-6 oz., Plain low-fat yogurt

3 cups Fresh dill, chopped

1 1/2 cups Green onion, chopped

3/4 cup Creamy horseradish

2 Tbsp. White vinegar

1 1/2 tsp. White pepper



24 (2 to 3 lb. ea.) Whole Alaska Dungeness Crab, thawed if necessary, cleaned and halved

1/4 cup Sea salt

1/2 cup Coriander seeds

1/4 cup Cayenne pepper

1/4 cup Crushed red pepper flakes

2 Tbsp. Peppercorns
