Sauce:

¼  c. chicken broth

1 TB cornstarch

1-2 TB catsup, to taste

1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp. brown sugar

Marinade:

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tsp. ginger, grated

3 TB soy sauce

1 TB sherry

1 TB cornstarch

1 tsp sugar

½ tsp. salt
pinch white pepper
