  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil or vegetable oil
  • 1 (5- to 6-inch) fresh hot red or green chile, stemmed, seeded, and finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro leaves
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Asian sesame oil
