1 bunch spinach, washed, trimmed and crisped 1/2 English cucumber, thinly sliced 2 grape tomatoes, halved 1 green bell pepper, cut into strips 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips 24 Greek olives, or as desired 3/4 cup whole natural almonds, toasted 1 cup (1/4 lb.) crumbled feta cheese Three Herb Dressing: 3 Tbs. red wine vinegar 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/4 tsp. marjoram 1/4 tsp. thyme 3/4 cup olive oil Salt and pepper, to taste
