1/3 cup sweetened flaked/shredded coconut
5 large eggs
1-1/2 cups (one 12-ounce can) lowfat evaporated milk (not reconstituted)
1-1/2 cups coconut milk
½ cup packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
