  • 1 tsp Mexican chilli spice (medium)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 x 16cm Mexican white bread
  • Salsa:
  • 1 firm ripe avocado, peeled & diced.
  • 1 tomato diced.
  • 1 spring onion diced.
  • tbsp lemon juice.
  • Dash of Tabasco sauce (optional).
  • Baby rocket leaves to serve.
