  • 150g mixed leafy greens
  • 1 bunch broccolini or asparagus lightly steamed or raw
  • 1 avocado
  • 20g pumpkin seeds
  • 20g sunflower seeds
  • 20g walnuts
  • 20g goji berries
  • 40g wakaeme seaweed (rehydrated )
  • 2 tablespoons ground flax seed (linseed)
  • Green Dressing
  • 1 bunch parsley leaves
  • 1 bunch mint leaves
  • zest and juice from 1 lemon
  • cold pressed olive oil, flaxseed or walnut oil
