Ingredients

  • 600g Basa fillets, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup coriander leaves, roughly chopped
  • 1 tbs Thai red curry paste
  • 1 egg white
  • 100g green beans, finely sliced
  • 1 tbs lime juice
  • 2 tsp Woolworths Select Fish Sauce
  • 2 tsp caster sugar
  • 400g dried rice noodles, to serve
  • coriander sprigs and lime wedges, to serve
