- i cup of bean shoots
- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts
- 1/2 cup coriander leaves
- juice of 2 limes + lime wedges for garnish
- 2 tblsp fish sauce
- 2 tblsp brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sweet chilli sauce
- 1 small red chilli, sliced (remove seeds)
- peanut or olive oil
