  • salt and freshly ground pepper

  • 2 tbsp Coles butter
  • 1 onion, finely diced
  • 1 leek, cut in half lengthwise and then into 1cm strips
  • 1 tbsp Masterfoods wholegrain mustard
  • 1/4 cup Coles plain flour
  • 1 cup chicken stock, (Massel stock cubes)
  • 1/4 cup Coles thickened cream
  • 1/2 tbsp tarragon
  • 1 sheet frozen Pampas puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 egg, beaten with tbsp milk to glaze pastry
  • sesame seeds, garnish
