- 1 tbsp powdered gelatine
- 1/4 cup just boiled water
- juice of 1 lime
- 2 cups frozen mango cheeks, thawed, pureed
- 1 cup thick greek yoghurt
- extra sliced mango, toasted coconut and cream to serve
