Ingredients

  • 1 Lemon, zest
  • Coriander, for garnish
  • 1 cup Basmati Rice
  • 1 cube Chicken Stock
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 tbsp Salt
  • 1 Coles Shredded Coconut, lightly toasted, for garnish
