  • 2 chipoltes diced fine
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 eggs
