- 1/2 tsp Sambal Olek , (or pepper flakes)
- 1 med Onion , peeled and chopped rough
- 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- 2 Tbsp Sesame Seed
- 1 1/2 cup Water
- 2 lb Chicken Thigh
