- 1/4 tsp Minced Garlic , fresh
- 1 lb Asparagus , Fresh, Remove Fibrous Ends And Discard. Cut Remaining Stem On Diagonal, About 1 Inch Pieces
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 5 ea Egg large , beaten
- 2 Tbsp Parmesan , freshly grated
- 8 oz Swiss Cheese , (Gruyere is best), grated
- 1 Tbsp Parsley Italian Fresh , stems removed, leaves chopped (if you can find Chervil use it instead)
