  • 4 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • 4 teaspoons parmesan cheese
  • 4 tablespoons pine nuts
  • 1/2 cup gruyere cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Mrs.Dash Original Seasoning

Bbq Wings

  • Cooking Spray
  • 12 -16 Chicken Wings (Approximately 1.50 lbs / 675 g)

Grilled Veggies

  • 12 -16 Stalks Asparagus
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Mrs.Dash Original Seasoning
