For the sauce
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1/2 chopped onion
2 garlic cloves minced
2 dry bay leaves
5 roma tomatoes chopped into cubes
1/2 cup of white wine
1 cup of heavy cream or plain yogurt
salt & pepper to taste
