1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1tsp salt
1/4 tsp sugar
1 stick cold butter cut into small pieces
1/4 cup ice water

6 slices of cooked bacon cut into small pieces
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups Crème fraîche or whipping cream or half and half
1/2 tsp salt
pinch of pepper
pinch of nutmeg
2 tbsp dill
(1 cup of grated swiss cheese if making Quiche au Fromage de Gruyère)
