1/2 cup sugar
1 1/3 cup cake flour

1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
2 tablespoons corn starch
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon shortening
