It almost that time again, where you and your special someone will celebrate Valentine's Day!! Whether you're going out or staying in this drink should be apart of the day. At first sip it's just amazing almost like a liquid Jello Shot! Even if you not a big drinker this is light and everything in it kind of smoothes out the alcohol. This can be a drink or a dessert the choice is yours, and it can also be made virgin. Look how pretty it is why not have this on your V day table!!

INGREDIENTS:
2-4oz boxes of strawberry Jello gelatin
2 cups-whipping cream
1/2 cup-powder sugar
1-bottle champagne or sparkling water(Do not use a dry champagne, Make sure it's something you would drink!)
1 tsp-vanilla extract
1 tsp-cream of tartar
4-6 strawberries and some mint leaves(for ganish)
