Zest of 1 lemon
6 T butter
6 T cream cheese
2 T ice water
1/2 t vanilla extract


For the tart filling:
2/3 c sugar
2/3 c lemon juice (about 4-5 lemons)
1 T lemon peel, minced
4 eggs
1/2 c butter
